RESEARCH USE
Research-use policy
This page sets out the research-use disclaimer that applies across the Peptide Tactics website, and explains what it means in practice.
The disclaimer in full
Products displayed on this website are intended solely for in-vitro research and analytical applications. They are not presented for human or veterinary use. By ordering, customers are responsible for ensuring that their intended use complies with applicable laws and regulations.
This wording appears on every page of this website. It is the single canonical version and is not restated in altered form anywhere else.
What this means
Research use is a description of scope, not a formality. Materials supplied under it are intended for in-vitro work and analytical characterisation — chromatography, mass spectrometry, assay development, reference standards and comparable laboratory applications.
They are not medicines. None of the compounds listed in this catalog is approved by any regulator for any indication, and no statement on this website should be read as suggesting otherwise. Compounds such as retatrutide remain investigational and appear here purely as research materials.
Materials supplied for research use have not been assessed for human or veterinary safety by Peptide Tactics or by any regulator on our behalf, and no such assessment is implied by their availability.
What we do not provide
- Medical, clinical or veterinary advice of any kind.
- Dosing information or dose recommendations.
- Routes of administration or instructions for preparing material for administration.
- Guidance for personal use, self-administration or use in an unqualified setting.
- Statements that a compound treats, prevents, cures or improves any condition.
Enquiries seeking any of the above cannot be answered. This is a fixed limit on the scope of the business rather than a matter of discretion.
Customer responsibility
By ordering, customers accept responsibility for ensuring that their intended use complies with applicable laws and regulations. In India that may involve requirements administered by the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation, import and export policy administered by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, and any institutional approvals that apply to the work in question.
Requirements differ by compound and by context, and they change. Nothing on this page is legal advice. Our overview of peptide research in India sets out where to check, without attempting to answer for any specific situation.
The entry notice
On arrival, the disclaimer above is shown in a notice anchored to the bottom of the screen, with Accept and Exit buttons. The notice does not cover the page and does not prevent scrolling: visitors can read the page they arrived on straight away, and those arriving from a search result stay on that page when they accept rather than being sent elsewhere. The notice stays in place until it is acknowledged and cannot be dismissed by clicking away from it.
Acceptance is recorded in the browser for a short period, so the notice appears again on a later visit.
The disclaimer is also rendered as ordinary text on every page, including this one, independently of that notice. It is never hidden behind an interaction, and it is fully visible to search engines.
