PRIVACY
Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. We take a data-minimisation approach: we collect only what is reasonably needed to communicate with you, respond to an enquiry, or fulfil a legitimate business obligation.

Our privacy promise
Peptide Tactics does not want unnecessary personal information. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise monetise personal information. We do not ask you to create an account or maintain a customer profile merely to browse the website or make an enquiry.
We take particular care with sensitive information. Please do not send medical records, prescriptions, health histories, identity documents, passwords, payment credentials, or other sensitive personal information through the website, email, or WhatsApp. If sensitive information is sent to us unnecessarily, we take reasonable steps to remove it from our working records promptly.
1. Information we may receive
Depending on how you interact with us, we may receive limited information such as:
- Your name or the name you use when contacting us.
- Your email address or telephone/WhatsApp number.
- The contents of an enquiry, including compounds, quantities, specifications, or documentation questions.
- Delivery information when it is genuinely required to fulfil an order.
- Basic technical information that may be generated automatically when a website is accessed, such as IP address, browser type, device information, or security logs maintained by hosting or infrastructure providers.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data for research-peptide enquiries. We do not need your medical history, diagnosis, treatment information, biometric information, or similar information to provide our catalogue or respond to an ordinary enquiry.
2. How we use information
Information is used only where reasonably necessary, including to:
- Respond to your enquiry or request for information.
- Confirm catalogue availability, specifications, pricing, or documentation.
- Process and fulfil an order where you choose to place one.
- Communicate about an existing enquiry or order.
- Maintain website security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Meet legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, or dispute-resolution obligations where applicable.
We do not use personal information to build intrusive profiles, infer sensitive characteristics, or make medical or health decisions about you.
3. Data minimisation and retention
Our policy is simple: if we do not need information, we do not want it. We aim to retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was received or for a legitimate legal or business requirement.
We do not maintain a routine customer database or require user accounts for website access. Website cart information is stored in the visitor's browser rather than as a customer account on our website.
Where sensitive personal information is provided unnecessarily, we will take reasonable steps to delete or securely remove it from our working records as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to any legal obligation that requires its retention.
4. When information may be shared
We do not sell or commercially trade personal information. We may disclose limited information only where reasonably necessary to operate the service or comply with law, for example to:
- Service providers that help operate the website or communications infrastructure.
- Courier or logistics providers when delivery information is required to fulfil an order.
- Professional advisers or authorities where disclosure is required or reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or protect legal rights.
We seek to limit disclosures to the information actually needed for the relevant purpose.
5. Third-party services and links
Our website may rely on third-party infrastructure for hosting, communications, security, analytics, or other technical services. Those providers may process limited technical or communication information under their own terms and privacy practices.
The website may also contain links to third-party websites, including WhatsApp. Once you leave our website, the privacy practices of the third party apply. We encourage you to review those practices before submitting information.
6. Cookies and local storage
The website may use essential browser storage or similar technologies to provide functionality. In particular, shopping cart information can be stored locally in your browser so that the cart works between page visits.
This local cart data is not the same thing as a Peptide Tactics customer account or customer database. You can clear browser storage through your browser settings.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Access to information is limited to what is reasonably required to operate the business.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal information, we will take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable law.
8. Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, ask us to delete information that we no longer need, or raise a privacy concern.
Where applicable law gives you additional rights, we will handle requests in accordance with that law. We may need enough information to verify a request before acting on it.
9. Children
Our website and research materials are not directed at children. We do not knowingly seek or collect personal information from children.
10. Research-use context
Peptide Tactics supplies research materials for in-vitro and analytical applications only, and not for human or veterinary use. We do not require or seek personal medical information to support the catalogue.
Please do not send us health records, medical histories, treatment plans, prescriptions, or other sensitive health information. If such information is sent unnecessarily, we will take reasonable steps to remove it promptly.
See our research-use policy for the separate scope and use restrictions applicable to the catalogue.
11. Applicable privacy law
We intend to handle personal data in accordance with applicable Indian privacy and data-protection requirements, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and rules made under applicable law, to the extent they apply to our activities and are in force from time to time.
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Contact us about privacy
If you have a privacy question, deletion request, correction request, or concern about information you have sent us, contact us directly:
- Email: contact@peptidetactics.com
- WhatsApp: +918296699337
We will make reasonable efforts to respond to privacy requests within a reasonable period and to explain any lawful reason why information cannot be deleted immediately.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, services, or applicable legal requirements change. The current version will remain available on this page, with the latest update date shown near the top.
